Our names are Jeff and Holly.  We acquired Shire Creek in the summer of 2004.  After having searched through hundreds of properties, for a vacation and weekend retreat, we fell in love with Shire Creek as we stood looking out over the mountains and the views beyond the hollow. 

We also fell in love with the antique home. It's large enough to be comfortable for a large family and yet small enough to still be cozy and warm. With the original slate roof and the hand carved beams still intact, it's easy to see the craftsmanship and care that when into it's construstion almost 200 years ago.  We feel privileged to own and now be caring for this farm and home.
